1. May I join if I have not officially formed my 501 (c) (3) yet?

Yes. Join as a nonprofit organization. Those dues are based on your budget size.

Nonprofit organizations: (53420.3) If your operating budget (not including grants to other organizations) is:
under $50,000 - $75
between $51,000 and 199,000 - $95
between $200,000 and $499,000 - $160
between $500,000 and $699,999- $270
between $700,000 and $999,999- $310
between 1,000,000 and 1,999,999 - $440
between 2,000,000 and $4,999,999 - $520
between 5,000,000 and $7,999,999 - $600
Over $8,000,000 - $670

2. What type of membership is available in addition to nonprofit dues?

You may join at the following levels, but please read the information below carefully.

Full time students may join at the undergraduate ($25) or graduate rates ($50). You may not join as a student if you have full time employment at a nonprofit organization.

Businesses must join as Corporate members. Dues are based on staff size. If you join as a corporate member, you get listed on our consultant page and can access many of the other benefits and services except for those exclusively for nonprofit members such as insurance.

1-2 staff - $320
3-10 staff - $535
11-50 staff - $645
51-100 staff - $805
101+ staff - $1,070

Individuals who do not fall into the other categories above, may join at $100. This rate is not available to individuals working at for-profits who have nonprofit clients.
