PANO offers seminars on a variety of topics in various parts of the state.   Members receive discounts on these programs.

Our newsletter, "Keynotes" is published quarterly for our members. "Keynotes" provides updates on current legislation and issues, posts current member benefits, and keeps members educated about what PANO is doing statewide.  It also included informational articles on each of its themes: Fundraising, Board & Governance, Risk Management, and Public Policy.

Our electronic newsletter, "PANO enews" is published bi-weekly and provides Standards Education pieces, event updates, special opportunities, member update, public policy alerts, and more.  If you are a member and are not currently receiving enews, email your name, email address, title and organization name to Jennifer Ross.

Affiliations and Public Policy:

PANO is involved with a number of organizations which affect the nonprofit sector. PANO is a member of the National Council of Nonprofit Associations and of Independent Sector.

Executive Director Joe Geiger conducts monthly interviews with leaders in the nonprofit sector and public officials for the Lincoln Radio Journal.  PANO participates in an annual charitable survey with the Lincoln Institute on Public Policy.
