If you are not a PANO member, but would like to take advantage of our member savings please print out our member application and include it with your event registration. Not sure if you are a member? Visit our member list or email jenn@pano.org to verify.
Training Registration Policies and Procedures
Please note that fees listed are per person. Fill out a separate registration form for each individual.
Pre-registration is required. Early registration is encouraged so we can have materials, chairs, workspace, and refreshments for all participants.
No telephone registrations will be accepted. Please mail or fax all registrations.
If you fax a registration, please enclose a copy of the completed registration with your payment.
An email address is required on your registration if you want a confirmation of payment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of a program, so we can begin on time.
Registrants are responsible for the full seminar fee if cancellation is not received 5 business days prior to the seminar. You may send an alternate registrant. A $10 handling fee will be deducted from refunds.
Individuals who miss a program without prior notification will be expected to pay for the training in full.
We do not sell or send materials to non-participants.
